Foolish question, no. It has Chelsea and the Italian leagues but not full English leagues.

They can when the licenses are available and they pay the money to be able to use them, maybe we will see them all next year

Doubt it seems as some minor clubs from the Brasil leagues have signed contracts with EA. ;)

I think people are more bothered about the bigger leagues more than the little ones tho :P

PES 2009 sounds amazing. It has exclusive license to the UEFA Champions League, with HARDLY ANY TEAMS. Yeh, absoloutely amazing..

Downhill. Konami should be ashamed of what they've let PES become.

PES has always been the same, the games revolve around pure gameplay. Doubt it will let you down on that front.
