Could i run it even though can you RUN it says i cant. basically whats wrong is;

Vertex Shader Ver.: Required - 2.0 , You have - 0.0

The simple answer is no. The slightly longer answer is post the specs of your PC and expect a definitive no.

If you don't meet the minimum specs, then i doubt you could run it. Chances are it would stop you from even entering the main menu.
