Help with animation (photoshop)

Hey everone out there, I've made a animation with 1098 frames in adobe photoshop CS3, but here comes the problem. When i tired to save it for web, the frames was cut down to only 500 frames thus making some part of my animation dissapear. :O

So the question is, how can i save my animation with exactly 1098 frames? Also, photoshop is lagging my comp badly when I wanna save it. :@
