Which of these would you recomend me starting to watch? (I'd start from season 1 by downloading the episodes.)

Lost, Heroes has a slow start and season 2 is very weak.

Heroes definately, it's really easy to catch up with. Lost just drags on.
Go for 24 after or Prison Break.

Heroes. The majority of the time I find even heroes more believable than the stupid plots of those other shows.
