From what I remember, might not be right:

Awards/Badges - They weren't going to happen and member of the month instead, judged by moderators would happen. But last month they were busy or something, and said it would happen this month.
Social Groups - A future VIP+ feature I think.

The badges got scraped and replaced with the awards, but the awards have not actually happened yet :(.

Actually, the social groups are being added in the next update of vBulletin when theres less bugs i think.

Awards/Badges won't work on HxF, it'll make the forum view look "busy" as in, too many things going on. It'll be cluttered. A nice idea, and worked well with Habbos.co.uk, but won't work too well on here.

Sites like habbos and Clubhabbo have one main skin design/style witha few varations where has all the Habbox skins are completely different to each other so a certain type of pixel art/badge may look good on one skin it will look very dodgy and out of place on another :'(

There are no plans for any sort of badge system atm because it just looks bad. Member of the month is the current award system, and as it's coming to the end of the month keep your eyes peeled ;)
