Ok so yeah, through the past couple of weeks everyones been saying im paranoid, and im starting to recognise it myself, and i was wondering if anyone would be able to de-deuce why or know anyway to tone it down?

If some of my friend are talking in low voices i'll think they're talking/******** about me, then when they say what they were talking about I catch the odd word or two i thought they said.

I have to get friends to buy stuff for me, even my bus ticket/something from the shop because I get to scared around others. The other day i saw two people I thought i recognized from town (who once had a fight with my friends) and i turned and legged it for litterally a mile, i even ran past my house =/

Loads of my friends say i challenge them over everything and that i'm getting really paranoid, and that i always keep looking behind me if im walking down town etc.

I know some of those things mentioned don't relate to paranoia but it's all the stuff people have said about me so i nmight aswell add it in.

I was talking to my friend and he said that paranoia is an easy thing to get rid off, you just have to think yourself out of it, but i just can't :S

Can anyone help? Know how I can stop it/How it might of come about?

Cheers, Sam x:)
