bruised finger?

kk last night i was moving all my Nintendo mags onto my mag rack thing (its new) i went to lift them up and full force whacked my fingernail of the metal bar
it really hurts and it has bled but i cant wipe it coz of the nail
anything i can do without getitng my nail ripped out?

i lost a full nail before it hurt like mad :( i had to get it properly bandaged up by the doctor and it still hurt :(

Soak it in some water for a while.

It'll clear up, it will bruise the finger nail will peel off and itll grow back in a week.. keep it protected though, dont let muck or dirt in..

If its bleeding badly and the nail is out of place, there's a chance of infection. If stuff like puss (eww) etc comes out of it, go to the local walk in hospital. Get well soon :)
