Can something please be done?

I know nvr has replied to the previous thread about hiring for VIP editors but it has now been eight days since they were last updated. I've said this before and I'll say it again, Nick- has a fantastic job and he is loved by many people but eight days is getting a bit beyond a joke now? Surely someone could just step in and sort the requests out just this once?

I have barely seen anything of Nick- and I don't think he seems to be rushing to get his duties completed. I think Habbox should consider somebody else.

I think all VIPs and VIP+ members should get a free week out of this, or at least the ones who haven't had any changes done to their profile. Perhaps selling VIP+ should of been put on hold until support is somewhat adequate?

Even if they didn't, it's still bad. A replacement should be found within 3 days of not noticing the one behind the edits not coming on. If they can't please the ones giving the main source of income on the forum, they'll be screwed :P

8 days is apaulling, somthing needs to be done about this as people who pay for VIP are not getting what their paying for.

More editors should be hired. I remember when me, Baving and Nvrspk were in charge of VIPs n shizzle, they used to be done within 24 hours, somtimes even within hours of them being posted.

I agree with everyone, this is totally pathetic in my opinion. Now, like others had said I don't normally complain but this is ridiculous. I also agree with the extra few days of vip for people who haven't had theirs done.

In fairness, people have a right to go overboard. They've paid for VIP and their not getting what they've paid for. If you bought a a pair of shoes and when you got home there was only one, I'm sure you wouldn't be happy.

I'm sure once Nvr sees this, it will be sorted anyway so just be patient innit :P

And LOL Gommi they wouldn't trust me as far as they could throw me because I got accused of a load of crap when I resigned and I wouldn't want to because I'd get bored and resign within weeks of been made one. In the other thread, Wayne said he would return, from what I remember he was a good VIP editor. Maybe yall should re-apoint him.

The thread was made about another VIP editor on the 26th, okay 4 days ago. Nvr did reply to that thread saying it would be sorted? There are plenty of people would have kinda said they would step in (include an ex-VIP editor) and still nothing has been done? Ok, pathetic might be a bit over the top but we are paying for a service and we aren't getting part of that service.

Its like in real life, you order Sky TV and you order movies with it... it then takes 8+ days till you can access these movies. You would be fuming in real life, paying for a service which isn't being delivered.

Although you have a fair comparison. Like I payed for my internet and didn't receive it for a month. I got a month free and compensation ;)

On a forum this size I dont understand why they didnt see that Nick would be away for a while or whatever and this was going to happen at some point :8 They should have got someone on standby at least. Although I reckon they should just go get another VIP editor

I'm sure someone like Bomb-Head, Mr.OSH or Professor-Alex have 5/10 minutes (I know they have there own jobs, but 5/10 mins isn't going to do any harm) to spare just to do these requests until we fully know what is going on with Nick?

Yeah, I imagine (hope) they will ask one of the current admins to cover until they know what's happened, unless they do already but then I'd hope the people paying for VIP would have been told, who knows.

Apologies for the wait with VIP features. I'm going to look into a temporary solution for this if nothing else and or try to get a hold of Nick so we can get the features dealt with. Once again apologies for this inconvenience.

I agree, I purchased VIP for the usertitle and stuff and that's 8 days waste VIP really because I couldn't care if I could see who repped me or not, oh well. :(

We're actively taking care of this issue now that Nick- has not responded, hopefully the VIP situation will be fixed immediately, I really do apologize for how ridiculous this got.
