Usually You Should Ask A Forum Moderator to Close the Thread Once it has been dealt with accordingly ;)
Unless you Become VIP, Then you Can Close your own Threads :)

Well you can PM any moderator that moderate that section with link to thread you'd want to close or you can buy VIP and close it yourself by; thread tools>close thread. :)

Only threads where there is a good reason should be closed by Moderators. They shouldn't be closed just because you ask for it.
Reasons to close a thread are that the person who started the thread broke the forum rules or got banned, or when the thread is getting completely out of hand, with a lot of people arguing or breaking the forum rules in another way.
Only VIPs are allowed to close a thread that they started for no reason at all.

Oh, I have asked for a thread to be closed before and a moderator has. Reason because "thread starter" requested. Iv'e seen others do it too.
