Is Skype compatible to work with USB Modems?It might work with some but on pretty much every network it's a violation of rules. Hardly any networks allow you to use VOIP as it's allegedly unfair on other users of the network.

It will work yes, but you'll probably face punishments from the network provider if they find you doing it.
