How can I stop ad bots on IPB 2.3.5

Well today my forum sees to have been targetted by ad bots, the only spammed one forum but it took me ages to delete all 20 of the members.

Anyone know any addons for IPB that will stop this happening? When you register you have to type in the image code but they seem to have got past that somehow :S

IPB released captcha updates, have you updated your forum with them?

Use capatcha as posted above or the question upon registration add-on.
