It's alright, the text is too big though and the red text doesn't look right. It would also look better with some subtle graphics like buttons and backgrounds.

I'm sorry but that doesn't look good at all.
Look at other designs you like, and try doing something like them.

Sorry but your layout is not the best but could be improved so drastically..

Change the colors, add gradients etc..
