How do you email Youtube?

So, my account got permantely suspended on Youtube, and I have no idea why, they didn't email me or anything as to say why so I'd like to email them.

Looked around on the help section and can't find how to email them, can anyone lead me in the right direction please?

I tried using that but got no where. Anyway, I emailed them using that email address, wheter they'll read it or not is a different story.
