Limewire will happily load up a list of available downloads after I search and will connect to the sources but the download speed is always 0kb/s. uTorrent is similar but sometimes torrents get up to around 20kb/s (which is nowhere near where they normally are). Checked firewall settings, rebooted router and all that crap. Google doesn't seem to have much, anyone got any ideas?

Can you download songs then off rapidshare? I only thought rapidshare downloads were movies/applications/games etc.

Its on your ISP's side if its more than one program that's broke.

I've checked through the AOL fair usage policy and it only says about p2p been limited at peak times. Nothing about it been cut off :S You should contact them if you haven't downloaded any music, games ect in the last few months.

I have read that a few ISP's have blocked outgoing connections to the gnutella network.
