Well didnt know whre to put it really.

Okay so, some of you probably heard of Blyk simcards,
All you need is, a invite code, and passport [verifying your 16 or over
and they send a sim card with 57 free mins or wahever it is. But its FREE

yes?

Well theres a shop down in the market place thing [Shop not stall]
They sell these sim cards at £10 each

My question is, Could they be closed or fined for selling something which they dont own and is initially free?

Thanks in advance :]

Yeah, they are selling things that are free which is illegal. Contact Trading Standards or tell your local bobby. ;)

Depends, coz the shop could have a deal with blyk giving them x% of their profits off them.

I really doubt it, due to the fact that its a very small shop owned by russians i think.

As blyk, and they could contact the shop/TS/police and pursue how they feel necessary :P

They have 4 blyke sim cards to sell really.

Blyke dont send out as they dont profit by selling simcards, They already profit and are funded by add companys :S

why would you go into the bother to try and get the company closed down, they're just trying to make money, it doesn't involve you.

If it's in a proper market it will more than likely have a Market Office, report it to them, but if they are set up illegally on the market you can either contact the Market Office who will take it in to there hands, or you could go to trading standards. Police can't do much seeing as they would have to go to trading standards too.

Also, I wouldn't mind purchasing one of these off the market seeing as I can't be bothered to sort out the doucments for some stupid website.

Now I know a thing or two about Blyk,
and it's not particularly good to resell something which is free.

They are breaking Blyk's Terms, not only by allowing under/over age people into Blyk, but reselling the property.

Ask them how they obtained the SIM Cards, and if it's something obviously made up, you should report them.
