Lol, you cant save it as .PNG? Every computer can. You draw it on paint and when you click save it'll ask you to name your file. Then below that it says;
Save as:
Then again it'll give you another box, but its a drag box, select .PNG and bish bosh done. and i cba to make it bigger, but It doesn't look that good Im sorry. 4/10

I'm sorry, as said a bajillion times, all computers can save PNG,
all c+p's look better than that, because atleast they use ACTUAL things instead of making that fake black smoke you call an alteration.

I'm not the best at alts but WAT IS THIS? basically you have copied something from habbo, moved it around, screwed up the formating and then given it a name that makes no scence.

Don't give up! All you've needing to do is browse through some tutroils here on Habbox, and you could become fantastic!

Remember, every first few Alterations/graphics are awful, but once you've goten use to it, there awsome!
