I dont think you can take fee's off, as this is how PayPal makes money.
If im not mistaken Ebay owns PayPal, and they have to charge.
It charges 23 pence for the first pound, then 3p, 4p, 3p, 4p etc, each pound after that.

So if you wanted to send someone £5, for them to get £5 and nothing under, you would have to send £5.38.

I believe there's less of a fee if you're verified? I don't know.

Same fees for all recieving money.

Although theres meant to be a change coming soon where people who sell things on ebay can force the person paying to pay for the fees ontop of the amount they are meant to pay...

Not a day i'm looking forward to

You are never charged for sending money only receiving money.

If you sell alot, upgrade to a business account. Mine have certaining dropped although i only get paid in USD.
