View Full Version : The new Alterations Gallery FEEDBACK!

Firstly, I would like to say a very well done to everyone who compiled the gallery, as I can see that it must of took a very long time to put it all together, and it's pretty neat too!

Just a a few things that I have found the probaly need sorting... Some alts by me, some of them say by 'Biohazard' and some say by 'Biogeneric', they are both by me, but Biogeneric was my old username, its the same on the 'artists' page. Also the HC Computer on the 'furni alterations' doesn't show my name, even though I made it. Another thing is that some alts by me on there (there are probaly others too) that have some old editions of an alt, and for some I have updated it. I would be happy to find the newest threads for whoever is in charge of it. Finally, the squares that it has been resized to are very pixelated, as it hasn't kept to the aspect ratio.

All in all, its very nice and its good to see all the alts on there, well done :)!

It did take a while to come together.. but that was mainly trying to find decent gallery software.

I knew there was a few name problems whilst going through it but wasn't sure and it was a whole lot easier to go with how it was than researching more to find changes. I'll change them soon and if anyone else wishes for theirs to be changed, send me a PM with both names and which you'd like to be displayed.

The thing about not showing your name is something I'm not sure on, is that happening when you hover over it? Might just be that I forgot to put the information in properly for a few. We know the thumbnails are a bit... dodgy as it could be put, but there's not really much we can do about that as it's the way the gallery decided to work :'( Suppose I could have a play with the settings later on but not sure if I'll be able to sort anything out.

Again, any outdated alts that you wish to be updated can just be PMd to me with the old one, and the new one and it shall be updated when I get time.

Sorted the name problems, looked at the thumbnail thing and it doesn't seem to want to work properly. I tried making them resize to fit the thumbnail area, but they still preferred to crop even though I changed that setting :'(
