Yeah well I brought an album right but it never downloaded it (kept saying unable to download). Today I got an e-mail confirming the purchase and money going from my card so is there a way I can like re-download it without paying again or what??

Also I have just got my comp back and it doesn't have any of the old stuff I brought ages ago so is there a way to download that again without paying aswell ?

Contact Apple! Just go to the iTunes section on the Apple website and send them an email. You have a conformation so you can prove that you've paid for it. If you just explain to them what happend and that you have a new computer and all they'll hopefuly help you out. Note! next time, back up the files you buy from iTunes, simply copy them on a cd or something so that if anything happens you always have them backed-up :)
