I was looking through the PC magazines at me local One Stop, flicked through one and found an article about NetObjects Fusion, a free website design software program. I installed it and found it extremely easy to use for someone who has no experience in HTML etc.
The software is much like Dreamweaver, only more basic, but a whopping £250 less!
The product of the website maker isn't a very modern looking website, but I'd say it's quite professional and good for businesses.
