Now many of you may not agree with me but hear me out. Everyone is intitled to their own opinion.

Right when I was young, 12-16 I seemed to be annoyed at everything, get really annoyed, angry and rebel. I see all these threads where they say their parents are annoying them or some other reason.

I went through that phase, now that I have a girlfriend.. her younger brother is 14 and he acts exactly the same as I did back then and a lot of people on this forum seem to be doing the same.

All I want to say is listen to what parents/whoever has to say. Try and have a bit more tolerence for people because your parents work hard and can become stressed at times. It just makes everyone more relaxed.

Agree/Disagree

Agree, but now I'm grown out of it so I will say that. At the time I thought I was right doing what I wanted...

Unless your parents are doing something you KNOW deep in your va... i mean your heart isn't good. My parents are stupid, except my mom sometimes, but my dad definately. He's not that great of a parent.

that never really happened to me tbh. like for example i havent "rebelled" before, as ive never had a reason to do so. i do get annoyed quite easily though, but i think thats due to slightly having a short temper lol.

i can see where your coming from though, as i noticed ppl like that in previous years. especially those who thought the world was against them and all that crap.

I never was like that particularly, but I know what you mean. It really annoys me when people say they hate their parents just because they won't give them money or let them go somewhere. Respect them and be grateful

Yeah, I agree. Parents are meant to be there whenever you need them. They can not be replaced so they should be respected and loved muchly.

It's hormones, they are raging when you are a teenager so you go through that whole rebellious stage where you just think f-everything, including your parents.

if my mum doesn't give me money i'll find it somewhere else so no problem really i'm not gonna say i hate her just for that, people complain about parents when some don't even have any:S

Im 14 now, nearly 15.

I do have respect for my parents, cause they have put a roof over my head, and fed me well.

When i snap, i do it for a good reason.

As my mother got older, she got crankier and got easily angry. I didn't like that. When I was 12-14, we argued quite a fair bit. Cranky old woman + raging hormonal teen = big trouble. Of course, now I've learnt to just keep quiet when my mother goes on complaining.

As for my father, my parents are now divorced. We were never that close and he always claimed that I always side my mother and love her more. Of course, how can I love a father who comes home at 3 in the morning and is barely at home?

But all in all, I suppose you mustn't go against your parents who had taken the trouble to give birth to you and raise you to who you are today. Look at their good and positive traits, not the bad ones.

i agree :) so i do moan about them once in awhile. or maybe quite often but yeah, i love my mum anyway despite anything. its just when im angry at the time, ill just go and say anything. ill just rant bout why i cant get this, why i cant do that but at the end of the day ill just get iver it. then when i look back i would start thinking bout it. its what i always do :)

It's called hormones.

Well hormones were what I was hinting at,,

With me, I used to be so angry etc.. My dad was/still is an alcoholic. I used to fight back but after 16 I just listened and understood that he was angry too. Maybe because of his work or he was just stressed.

I actually agree, the slighest thing sets me off, but only with my brother for some reason. He asks for a drink, my reply: "**** off" lol then we start arguing, i try not to as i know its wrong but i cant stopppp ;[

i wouldnt generalise too much though, as not all teenagers are like that, or went through that stage.

True but I just noticed a lot of people complaining on this forum seem to be young teens. Just wondered if you people agree and I'm quite suprised so many of you did:P
