Im trying to get a part time job since im skint, but some of the questions on this application I really can't answer so anyone that helps willl get a +rep :)

1. Give examples of an occasion when you had to deal with a customer/person

2. Give an example of when and how you have made a real contribution to a team effort

3. Give an example of where you provided excellent customer service

4. Give an example where you have had to find a new approach to solving a problem

5. Why do you want to join the team at Tk Maxx ?

Can't really help with that. Although I'd try (if you can't think of anything), think of something slightly relevant and exagerate it. Try avoid a full blown lie.

2. Give an example of when and how you have made a real contribution to a team effort

Any sports at school/college? Or other general group work. If your just of school leaving age its all they'll expect.

3. Give an example of where you provided excellent customer service

Again a hard one, if you haven't had a job before. If I was posed with a question like this (before my current job), I'd try sprag something about my paper round. Not really an approachable question if you've never actually had a customer.

4. Give an example where you have had to find a new approach to solving a problem

Struggling to accomplish something. First example comes to mind would be some form of school/college coursework. Such as having to do extra research of your own accord, rather than asking a teacher.

5. Why do you want to join the team at Tk Maxx ?

Big up Tk Maxx. Easier said that done. For my job at BHS (part time ;)) I said I knew other people who worked in the store and they'd recommended it as a plenty reasonable part time job.

Personal Experience, had to teach anyone anything? Had to help someone? put it in

2. Give an example of when and how you have made a real contribution to a team effort

Teams/Groups you have been in. Maybe scouts where you and your team had to nagivate somewhere with a compass for example

3. Give an example of where you provided excellent customer service

Well if you haven't done any customer service work I don't know what you would put. Maybe mention a time where you had to help someone.. Like teach your dad how to use the internet as an example

4. Give an example where you have had to find a new approach to solving a problem

Breaking down a problem, devising a new strategy to solve the problem

5. Why do you want to join the team at Tk Maxx ?

Want to get into the working environment, learn new skills, interact with more people
