Alright I done up some logos, I want to see your opinions and which one you prefer out of the two, or none - What ever.

I went for simplicity mainly (You can see) I think the second looks alright, I don't know get your opinions in ;)

Second, first is too light.

Why are you putting gray, on a gray background? Try experimenting with colours to help create better contrast. Also, align the slogan to match the logo's width.

Other than that, good start.

Because I'm keeping neutral colours, I use alot of bright colours on my sites as it is

Lets not confuse neutral with plain.

Remember, a lot of the time your colour scheme and overall style/theme of your website derives from your logo. So a plain logo, and lots of vibrant colours are going to be sending conflicting messages to the user, at least in terms of the brand identity (i.e. associating the logo with your website).

Before you reply, think about it.

Yes, but they don't just write some text and add a couple of shadow effects do they? No. I wasn't on about simplicity, because that's good. Text generally isn't because after all, you're a design company and you're there to design, and a logo made of just text isn't designing ;).

Interstudios isnt a design company, mainly focuses more on the backend not on the front.
