I just bought a mac off ebay and i need to pay 39 pounds and the seller said i have to pay though paypal but i dont have 39 pounds in my paypal account, does paypal take the money out of my bank account?

yeah, it should do if you have your bank account set up on paypal.

it will tell you if you don't have enough money.
