Concept of the idea is to place in an elevator in normal rooms, you then are put into a elevator either if there is lines, or the room is busy, your then sent to the public room.

By entering the elevator your giving an option of various public rooms your able to access, its split from nonhc and HC so their basically is more options for HCs to go to public rooms.

(You can only go back to one of your rooms or a favourite rooms of yours if you enter it via the public room)

Hey thats a good idea, but at the moment I've given up with animation for a while, thanks though for the comment :)
