Why does it need to be locked? It's in jokes and funny stuff, therefore it's just the same as all the other threads there.

I thought you meant creating a new thread where people could post threads they thought shouldn't have been locked rather than creating a new feedback or complaint every time you want this un-done and I was going to say that it's a very good idea.:P
