Why is Slowpoke a Moderator?

Why hasn't he even been promoted to supermoderator? if anything, I feel more safe with him handling my situations or people I respect on here because his been doing a fairy decent job!

I am sure the Management staff know more about who is a better moderator and more suited for the super moderator position. Its not just based on how much they post.
If he hasn't been promoted to a super moderator, there is probably a good reason behind it.

With the thread title, probably a bit. I dont really know him and the way he moderated, and people have probably complained about him hence its obvious to you.

Anyway it had like... 3 warnings and an infraction in the space of 15mins from SlowPoke

There could be many reasons why a mod has not been promoted. Managemnt for some reason dont want to promote him and thats fair enough they may know something you dont behind the scenes ect.

You never know he could be promoted just because he hasent been yet doesent mean that they wont.

By the way everybody saying how crap of a mod he is harry is accually a very good mod and is good at his job. If you have any issues regarding infractions ect please post in the report your infractions thread or even PM me or a fellow smod and we will try to help.

yeah i think he's done a good job so far and i agree he's been mod for agessss, i think it'll probably be a mixed reaction if he does get it but it would be a good decision...i think.

People get promoted when their efforts are recognised by staff, or when a Super Moderator position becomes open.

They don't get promoted because their mates think they should. You don't need to tell management how to make their decisions, I'm sure they know how to manage their staff pretty well.

Slowpoke is bound to get a SMOD position if he sticks at his job, with patience comes a reward and he's been very patient.
