What to get my girlfriend for her birthday!? HELP.

Well it's my girlfriends birthday in a month or so, we've been together just over a year and I STILL don't know what to get her. She tells me she doesn't want anything but me but come on, I'm not going to be shallow and do that. We recently decided to get engaged, she told me not to get her a ring because she didn't want me spending money on her after I spent a bomb on a weekend away in cornwall!

I've just about got enough money right now to buy a nice ring so I was thinking something like this? :

Thats around £240.00, but she's worth it.

If not the ring what else should I get her? I really need advice haha :D

Some information about her:
She's not fussy.
She's not a "girly girl"
She's not bothered about prices.
She's lovely (sorry had to add that in :P)

I've never been one for rings at all, they all look so ugly to me :S, maybe get her a nice necklace and a ring to go with it? Or ear rings, lol.
