New Reputation Details?

Hey,
I think you should edit the reputations details.
I'll start off with these rules:

- 5000 posts
- 600 reputation points
- 365 days (1 year) registered on the forum
I think they should be changed to:


-2500 posts
-300 reputation points
-Every ½ year registered on the forum

And then there is this rule:

-Once you have repped someone you must rep another 50 people before you can rep the same person again.

I think it should be changed to:

30 :)

Anyways, this is for getting more reputation powers easier, and the other rule is for spreading faster ;)

3000 posts, 500 rep points and 1 year on the forum is what i've always though would be about right, but it's working fine as it is at the moment.

it's fine as it is but i think the amount of people you have to rep before you can rep someone else should be lower and you should be allowed to rep more people then the current in a day. dunno how much that is though.

Yeah, the only thing that needs changing is the 50 person rule. If anything it makes people pointless rep more just so they can spread.

I think yours are way too generous... Jesus would end up with about 30 rep power excluding his rep points...

I think the only rule that needs to be changed is the spread rule :)

The reputation has already been changed, It is fine as it is - I see no errors.
If you compare with how CHF is (/was) some people end up with about 25 rep power really quick and most of the memebers are on full rep blocks.

its ok as it is now, only reason it was changed to begin was becuase people had about 50+ odd rep points.

It's not long be changed to it's current system and that's fine as it is, with only one exception, which is the 50 people limit. It was meant to be 30 when it was suggested, but they decided against the majority of the vote :P

The posts, rep and yearly power is fine, I agree with Gomme, 30 seems reasonable.

I like it how it is except for the 5000 posts bit. That could be shortened to 2500. I also agree with the lowering of the 50 person spread. :D

rep is pointless now anyway, so i dont see the point in changing it all again.
