Second ever layout!

Okay well this one is based on a tut I found. Although I took some of the settings for the strokes and shadows and stuff from it this is basically my own work and I just used the idea, but I just thought I would say that I didnt invent the concept of the layout I copied it from a tutorial before anyone says I am trying to pass it off as my own design. (although I changed it a bit) :D

If you are talking about the lines on the navigation bit, you right click the layer, blending options, pattern overlay, and choose a pattern. (I think :P) I cant remember where I got that pattern from :P
