How do you send console messages?

Ok I havent been on habbo for ages and this new console is weird.
Before you just selected all the habbo's you wanted to send a message to and wrote it and sent it.
Now when I click on the Message Icon thing, it takes me on the homepage to send a message. Does this message go to their console or on their homepage inbox? :S
I have seen people sending mass messages going "Has anyone got a info bus etc for sale". So how do they do it?

They go into a room, and click all the habbos they wanna message, and click the icon with the small room, labelled, invite people to this room. THen in the 'room invite' they type their message. :)
