Does anybody know where I can get a real ID card for free or cheaply that is recognized and accepted by most shops etc? Thanks.

Simply scan your passport in and do a bit of PS if you need to then print it off, they accept photocopies and stuff.

Provisional driving licence works, you don't even need to have had lessons to get one and it's accepted everywhere I've been.

No I haven't. I was going to send off for one last year on my 17th but I filled the form in wrong and I couldn't be bothered to fill it in. I'll probably get another form tbh.

Hmm, £50 is a bit of a large sum just for ID. I was thinking along the lines of less than £20.

You can get a citizens card with next day delivery for £23. It's £9 for up to a months delivery.

No probs, just to warn you though. As I said above, I've been waiting over a month for mine now lol.

I think you can get them half price now if you get a form from labrooks.

£9 would be cool. Thanks Paul.

Lol, oh. :( I currently use a B_Line card, dunno whether you've heard of those. It's OK for buses and that since I can get half fare what with being at college but it's kind of embarrassing using it in pubs and that.

Get a Provisional. You'll need one anyway, and its the most accepted ID (Where I live).
