Moving ISPs?

Right, well out of my current ISP I get:

Which, you will all know, is absolutely pathetic.
I'm going to see if we can move to another one.
Can anyone recommend any that provide a better speed for about £15?

My phone lines with Virgin Media. So I guess I can't.

I just found out that actually our Broadband, TV, Mum's mobile and Home Phone are all Virgin Media and to switch ISP's we have to get rid of all them. So I really can't be bothered, come to think of it.

My mums been having a go at VM on the phone saying its 0.1Mb when it's supposed to be 2Mb. Yeah, it's gotten slower again.

(I'm actually on my neighbors WiFi to post this. Mine's too slow. :/)

I did a speed test about a hour ago and I got around 130kb/s download and 13kb/s upload. Try calling BT and complaining?

I live in a village too, I'm on up to 8MB Tiscali Business, lol. £15.99 a month, free wifi
router.

It estimates me to be able to get 3.5mbps, when there I'm getting 6.5. Oh well, might me worth looking.
