Konami 'Looking in to' Metal Gear Solid 4 on Xbox 360

Morningstar recently put forth that multi-platform releases are becoming more common in the gaming industry in order to appeal internationally. To that end, the Japanese investor publication spoke to Konami PR rep Yo****aka Arai at Tokyo Game Show about the possibility of a multi-platform release for Metal Gear Solid 4, currently a PS3 exclusive title.
"The worldwide demand for an Xbox 360 version (of MGS4) is quite high, and it is something we are currently looking in to," said Arai, according to a Kotaku (http://kotaku.com/5063447/konami-officially-comments-on-xbox-360-metal-gear-solid-4) translation.

The PS3 left knee cap has already been kicked in by the constant delay of "home", time to kick it's right in and cripple it with the multi-platform release of MS4.

That game is the main reason why most of my mates got a PS3, they even said if it was on the xbox 360 they would purchase the xbox because it's got the achievements and a wider range of games.

MGS4 needs most of the PS3's power to operate, Uncharted used 30%, MGS4 needs over 45%. Uncharted can't be done on the 360 because it needs the cell-processer chips and the other doodads. MGS4 needs that plus it needs to turn the heat fans on full and almost act as a radiator during the whole experience.

And I wonder which console of the two is most prone to overheating? MGS4 would kill your consoles, it almost killed ours.

The 360 is a more powerful console so none of that would matter lol, it's the graphics and the size of the disk that's the problem
