Play.com Saints row 2 pre-order offer

I pre-ordered sometime back in june when i found this i was told id get a code around a week before it was released for the site to customise my sleeve, i recieved the game to day and im shocked to find nothing to do with my sleeve or the 2 free vehicles, anybody else had anything like this?

I really want the limited edition because you get this cool USB bullet and loads more, oh well.
