Habbo is so patronizing recently?

I've grown ashamed of going on Habbo these days because of all the really babyish stuff that they do in the community... All the habbo 'adventures' and 'quests' are really cheesy and it's as if it's some adventure game for 8 year olds to go on... It's a chat room for gods sake not a game.
I dunno if people agree or not... and not sure if this is in the wrong section because im just complaining about stuff xP

just looking for a wider audience. Some teenagers like the idea of quests etc, some of these quests teach habbos new things, for example the language lab ones helped you to learn a little bit of certain languages.

Habbo is a game ok? They have been running these quests for a LONG time, I joined in 2001 and I remember them starting pretty early on. Quit complaining, if you dont want to do them then no one is forcing you, it justs adds an extra element to the game.

There are younger aspects of it, quests and such. However, you dont have to take part in these events and there is a lot of older people on Habbo to chat to ;)

Habbo has lost the established community feel it had for years, but has never actively changed its target demographic. Events like these have been going on for a long, long time. Okay, the frequency might have increased, but is it at all possible that you are only getting annoyed now as you are getting older and actually noticing?

And you'll probably find that Habbo hold more data on their users than you do. They know better than your good self what Habbos want, and which events encourage participation. Not all Habbos will want such events... but their statistics probably show that a great number of them do.

"Visiting Habbo" (more so nowadays, because that's all I tend to do – visit), "going on Habbo", "popping on Habbo", etc. :redface_b I just haven't liked the word "play" over the last few (coming up to 7?) years, I guess. :eusa_thin

As you get older, you will grow out of things on habbo, such as quests etc, but maybe that's a warning that you have to actually get a life instead of playing habbo.
