The site aims to have layouts for normal websites, Joomla, vBulletin, Blogs Portfolio's, OsCommerce and many more!

Thats the idea :P Im not sitting coding 5000 layouts to sell :P

People can sell their layouts on the site but we get 10% of what they sell for or something like that.

If by that you mean whats the point of the site.

Basically people go on the site, and submit layouts that they want to sell. Then the money that the seller gets 10% of it goes to the owner...

I would have been interested but it's a concept that has already been done successfully.

I might not even take money from the layouts themselves.

Its going to be like an Auction Based site i think. For Selling Webmaster resources!

And i'll get some income by making my own layouts and putting 1-2 ads upon the site

Im doing all of the technical stuff. I can code PHP pretty well ^^

I can do skins for the auction software im producing ^^ :P So it wont be too much hassle to get it set up.

Leave that lot to me. If your looking for the Co-ownership job, its a paying job, and its basic looking after and maintaining the site which includes checking/moderating the auctions that are currently active and dealing with issues like people not paying and reversing auctions etc.

Also the Co-Owner will play a big role in recruitment ;)

What projects of mine have gone to fall? this is my biggest project yet!

Layout Auction Site? In the style of ebay sort of thing? But for Layouts and webdesign scripts and things (Will have moderated copyright control?)
