Microsoft has revealed that downloading the NXE dashboard update will need 128MB of storage space on a memory card or hard drive.

If you dont have that to spare though visit www.xboxstorageupgrade.com (http://www.xboxstorageupgrade.com/)
There you can enter your consoles serial number and either blag a free 512MB memory card or a refurbished 20GB hard drive for just £12.99.
So all you people with arcade systems should get yourselves there and get your memory cards now before the update comes out next month.

(This only works with Arcade & Core systems i think)

I tried it and it said:

According to our records you own a console which has enough memory to connect to Xbox LIVE and live the new Xbox Experience. Have fun!
If you feel you are receiving this message in error and own an Xbox 360 or Xbox 360 Arcade console please validate your serial number and reenter it here. Xbox 360 Pro and Elite consoles come with enough memory and are not eligible for this upgrade.
