Bit more Ebay help.

Okay, so the guy that bought my PSP, and payed via e-cheque, which cleared on Thursday, so I posted the PSP and it arrived Friday, but he's not left me feedback yet.

Why is this? :)

And does it effect me in any way if he doesn't?

When he logs into ebay he will be prompted to leave feedback for you, it could simply be a case he hasnt logged in yet.

If he doesn't leave it, no it wont affect you. Your +ve feedback rating wont go up or down :)

Plus you cannot leave negative feedback now, so if they aren't happy with your product they wont leave feedback.

I believe buyers can still leave sellers negative feedback but not vise versa.
