I want to become better at PHP so I'm going to make something for free and release it. What should I make?

Na erm maybe a good news system like cutenews. Simon was making one but never finished it. if you could make a good system like taht i am sure i would use it. Idearly something like cushy CMS for your own site would be a+

You'd have to make it so users can register and upload their own videos and they are played via flash or something. And different categories, admin side to monitor stuff, rating system, "more by this user", sort of youtube but porn :P

I quite like the cutenews idea, most people I know have resorted to cutenews, so an alternative would be nice.
