Urgent Help Needed! [Paying Alot] & [Pictures]

Im so annoyed i have got rid of spyware (I Think) but it has left 1 stupid annoying thing. When ever i end the process and delete the exe file from /SYSTEM it still launces itself on computer startup. Im thinking there is another program installing this program making it auto
start.

I really need help, and if your wondering this is my new laptop and i wanted shortkeys lite so i could buy Majestics, and i have oviesly being a dopey **** installed from a non official site that has attached there spyware on it!

Im not sure if these pictures will help but it will give you a clue. Oh and ino for sure its that file because when i end the process the annoying pop-up goes away from the taskbar.

Thanks Olleh, i already did this ran the scan (Took Ages), Didnt find anything at all. Then i tried with Search And Destroy it found 2 things but didnt delete them, so i had to manually fix the problem.
