When you ring them, they ask you if you have access to the internet and ask for your E-Mail address and they will send you labels to print of and stick to a box that you will need to get for your Xbox, you are not allowed to put it in the original box. You then have to ring UPS and get them to come to your house and they will take it and it will take about 2-4 weeks until return, it took 3 weeks for me.

They do NOT send a box. It says they do, they don't.

If you apply for it to be sent off online, you'll get two emails sent to you. One from UPS, giving you a shipping label. You need to print this off, and ring UPS (as far as I can see you CANNOT arrange a pickup online).

I packed my xbox into the standard box, but you don't get it back. Make sure you remove all wires, your Hard Drive, no game in tray etc.
