I think it's a bit different. It's less Dinseyfied, obviously, which is a good thing. "UK version of High School Musical" is obviously someone's opinion, because ITV can't just market something as that. The BBC News website have got a feature on it as the 2008 British answer to Fame (I'M GONNA LIVE FOREVERRRR). I think it looks quite good, and I might watch it.
