The other day I went to buy an HC sofa from a rich gold HC guy in a furni shop, and he wanted like 150% profit for it! Which is why I am so ticked off that more and more people these days are asking for more and more profit for trading their furniture...I mean, it's called TRADING, not capitalist bartering! It makes me especially mad that Habbos with more furni than they ever need in their Habbo life ask for outrageous profits. I never ask for profits when trading, but maybe I should start "Yesss I'll trade my HC sofa for your 2 HC sofas, I need profit!!!" >:) If this keeps getting worse, I'm never going to trade again.

That's life I am affraid, even good value furni shops are doing it.
It's stupid, I do ask for profit but only like 1 Cred, I was trading a guy for his Ice Cream maker and he said he wanted 1 HC for it, then he kept saying 1 more furni, so I added, then he said it again untill I closed and called him a n00b :).
a guy on this forum, was selling a mummeh poster and i offered a mode hatch for it. but he wanted more profit (yes more) and i ended up adding a mode corner "/
so thats something like, 9 credits worth of furni for just 3 "/

Isnt the mummy poster like 6 creds? But still, that is quite alot a profit. But the whole reason many furni shops open is to make more furni, so they are trying to make as much furni as they possibly can i guess.

Very True. What i say "profit - Scamming you out of the natural price" And Mummy posters are 3 credits.

Glad to see that I'm not the only one annoyed by this, lol. It's just that I'm trying to imagine going to the store and then upon reaching the cashier's line, the cashier tells me, "I need just a little more for that item, we need profit." I view Habbox Rare Values and the catalog as the price tags for the item, so for the cashier to ask for more than what's already on the price tag is ridiculous if you ask me.
tbh imo no m8
