LBP Release date confirmed

SCEE have just sent us this statement on the new release date for LittleBigPlanet:
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe is pleased to confirm that LittleBigPlanet will start to appear in stores no later than the week commencing Monday 3rd November in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, on a country by country basis. We appreciate all the enthusiasm surrounding this much anticipated title and we would like to thank PlayStation fans for their support and understanding.

Play.com have the Nariko costume I tink, you can only get Kratos from the OPM magazine - which I almost lost out on! - , I think all copies come with MGS Snake and FF Sephoriaph

can i ask a general question off topic.. is the only difference between platinum and normal games the case? Because i really dont think it jsutifies the price difference..

Just the case, and when normal games release - they're at £40 and don't go down in price much, platinums are for £20 and have an ugly yellow case.

ah right, i thought thats what it was, you can always print of a new cover though :P and be stuck with a silver case :P
