Don't know if it's just me again but there is loads of dead images in the blog section lol

Just you I think, I don't notice a difference. Probably the same problem that happened with your banner. Try Clearing Cookies/Cashe.

EDIT: Not using Halloween Skin so yeah it is a problem as Joshuar said.
