Alright so im thinkin' bout getting full void (range) and was wondering do you need the gloves also ? like what do people get when getting full range void....

yeah you need everything,
except the seal thing

You don't need to, but you can if you want. If I'm ranging, I use gloves for extra defense bonus.

But I do suppose, I am only level 27 ranged. ;)

For the bonus to work, you need the gloves, along with the helmet, top and bottoms.
