Yeah, I was talking to an AOL representative last night and I wanted to know how long I had been an AOL member for, and he told me the year then I asked whether or not the AOL ISP do price matches to beat competitors' ISP price plans and they said it depends how much the competitor is offering broadband for. I told them the deal and they said they had a deal for AOL members who have been with AOL for 5+ years. It's 8meg broadband, 60gb fair usage limit and unlimited evening and weekend calls for £6.99. I was previously paying £14.99 a month for the same thing, so now I'm saving £8 a month. If you've been an AOL member for 5+ years, you might as well upgrade to the £6.99 package. ;)

Don't trust them, I was offered a free upgrade and wireless router and they limited me to 10GB per month despite being told I would have unlimited. They will stiff you :P

Lol, they've been fine with me for the last 6 years. They told me my £14.99 plan was 10gb per month.

I'd never go with AOL, never mind five years.

That's your opinion but they're not that bad.

They're not bad, your right..

They're TERRIBLE

They're so stupid too, they changed my address 8 times because they don't understand English, really peed me off and put my order off by 8 weeks so I moved to o2 instead of AOL.

Yeah, the limit is a put off but I never went over the 10gb I used to have in the £14.99 deal.

I used AOL, they are ok in some ways but the uptime is horrendous. The speed kept slowing down etc. So now I'm on o2 broadband and I'm loving it :D

I don't trust AOL, especially with it being american.

I used to be on AOL, fine if 1000kbps download is good enough for you. But broadband completely depends on the area you live in, some people find it terrible.
