Ok so im thinking of setting up a site where people go to help them sort out problems with their computer. These can quick free things or paid things such as portforwarding, installation of items on VPS etc. m

Is their any support software our their that allows you to see the customers computer (with their consent obviously)

I dont mean software like Teamviewer, an online piece of software

There are thousands more well funded, more professional sites that offer a similar service with more knowledgeable staff, you'll never get anything done.

The truth: now with 100% less sugar.

Because there are hundreds out there, if you Google a problem you will be greeted with the same answer at least 100 times.

Unless you make a site about a specific thing, like how to make a layout on dreamweaver or somthing, it wont really differentiate from other web searches. Theres already a site on PortFowarding, which has everything.

Because there are more who hire staff full time with degrees in computer science, you are probably a teenager with no more than an A-level in IT.

I'll take that into consideration

Now is there any software?

Yes there are plenty of support systems available,
Free or paid?

You might want to pay to get a custom one done for you or get one which you can remove the copyright from as if you have a free script then some people wont use your guides for stuff like VPSs etc as you are using a free script which shows you aren't able to code PHP so what's to say you know about VPS help etc.
