i want to see if i have one. im 15 (14 at the time) i got charged for a minor offense (i think) it went onto the social workers or whoever they pass it onto and i got a letter sent to me that no further action will be taken unless i dont re offend in the next year or so. so im wondering if ive got a criminal record if so does your criminal record ever get wiped some say once you become and adult (16)?
